sick kole tang

trying to figure out what's wrong with my kole tang. he lost bulk/weight pretty quick. his mouth has like som powder around it (best way I can describe it).

he does have some white spots on hi body (maybe ich) but not a whole lot.

Also before I left for work I noticed some dandruff looking stuff.. no pics though

Fins look beat up a little. Do you notice heavy breathing? Is the tang eating?

Oh yeah breathing heavy. Fins are beat up aswell....

Tang has stopped eating aswell.. he only eats algae wafers at first

From the pictures and time line, it may be velvet. Sounds like your LFS runs a low level of copper in their system.

If it is velvet like Steve mentioned you have another 24-36 hr before the fish will most certainly die without treatment
