Sick Maroon (4 inch) Clown - PLEASE help

Hello:

I got this guy from my LFS, about 2 weeks ago. Please check the picture, you will notice he has some mucus looking thing on his body and some sort of parasite attached to his tail.

Can someone PLEASE tell me how to try to help him? he was eating fine up until friday and now he is eating and immeditely spitting the food out.

It looks like clown fish disease( Brooklynella), formalin and malachite green are affective treatments. Have antibiotics on hand to treat secondary bacterial infection. Treat in a quarantine tank if possible.

I've looked at this picture a couple of times - I think eisaiasjr is pointing out the lesion above the gill and the one on the caudal fin. The general cloudiness on the fish - that looks so much like Brooklynella, seems to just be water spots or something on the glass.
