Sick Naso Tang, please help!

Hello-

Last night my friend's 75gal (home to a nice naso) endured a power outage, so when the lights came on we were looking real upclose at the tank and noticed the tang was stressed. After a few minutes he wasn't any better, sitting in a corner panting.

Further investigation once the halide came back on revealed several black sores on either sides of the fish. The sores are blackish and seem to physically protrude off of the fish instead of just being 'painted' on.

More have appeared over night on him, even between his two barbs. Fins are now falling victim as his bottom fin (dorsal? Idunno) is becoming black.

Hoping these pics can save it!
