Sick Onyx Clown, Not Getting Better

So about 10 days ago my female black clown started becoming lethargic and I noticed that she was not using her tail fin. Over the next few day she started looking worse sitting on the bottom in a corner. I assumed it was fin rot, pulled her out and put her in QT.

As of today, she has gone through the recommended 5 days of mayacyn 2. She is starting to swim around a little better but her tail still looks pretty bad. She will also take in a bit of food and immediately spit it out. This leads me to believe that it might be something other than fin rot.

Anyone have any further recommendations?

Are there any more symptoms?Any red marks around the gills, or body?How long have you had the clown?Was the clown wild caught?

I don't see anything else other than some fin rot on several of the fins. No spots or anything like that. Maybe some rapid breathing. I have had her for about 2.5 years and she was in a friends system for a year prior to that. I'm not sure if she was tank bread or not.

I was thinking Brookynella, but that's not it, unless you introduced it with another fish recently.

I haven't added any fish since the summer. Any other ideas?
