Sick Tang.Worth a Shot ??

Sorry little lengthy explanation:
On Friday I noticed my Yellow Tang on the bottom of the tank lying on her side. I thought for sure she was headed to fishy heaven. Didn't know what to do so I did an emergency 25 gallon water change. I tried using a turkey baster and putting food almost in her mouth. Mysis, Cyclops and added algae sheets.

She actually seemed to be getting a little better and by Sunday I noticed her starting to again pick at rocks for food and swim with the rest of the clan.
Today I come home and notice her sitting with her belly touching the sand and sorta leaning on rocks.

I tried again to squirt some Cyclops and she seemed to want to eat bur don't really think she did.

So ere are my questions I have for some opinions.

I have Melafix. Should I use it?
I have metronidazole. Should I try that?
I have something by Seachem called Focus. How about trying this?
Any thoughts would be helpful.
I also have another 20 gallons of water ready. Do another change:

Note: Tang is at least 2 years old.
Nothing new has been introduced in my tank for over a year.
All other fish ,Hippo, Bangai Cardinal, Melanarius wrasse PJ Cardinal,Royal Gramma and 2 clown fish are all ok.

HELP !! I would really like to save her.

Do you notice anything on the tang as in any bacterial/fungal infection? And is it breathing rapidly?

No on both

Not sure what to say if there arent any signs of infection or disease. Maybe the blue tang is stressing your yellow tang? Atleast its picking on the rocks which is a good sign and they are very hardy fish so it can probably pull off.
Also I was told to not use chemicals unless you know for sure what the problems is, but water changes are always good.

metronudazole never hurts, make sure skimmer off, mux with garluc as the marinade for food for all fish in system. If no one else has ussue and salunity and nitrates ok, not sure what else to suggest

In my research I've found no evidence that metro helps. The only scientific research I came across has found it to hurt the digestive system and have no positive effect with Ich.

The Hippo and her were buddies so I doubt it.
In the 2-3 years they have been together I never seen the Hippo aggressive toward the Yellow.
