Sick? What is this?

Is this Brook or "clownfish" disease or something else? I went on vacation and came home to his tail bottom gone (with a little white stuff up to his belly and sometimes his mouth). No stress, eating fine, rarely itches his belly, hosts GSP or brain corals. I did a fw dip when I moved apartments which took care of stuff on his belly (not his tail) but over 2-3 weeks it comes/goes on his belly.

Is this Brook?

Try to QT or let him fight it?

He's the only fish in a 75g - female jumped =(

What corals do you have,I had a clown loose part of his tail from staying in a torch coral.When I removed it,his tail healed but is still not like it was before.
