sick yellow tang

ok he has been sick for like 2 months now. When I first brought him home I think he got ick. I didnt see much spots but he would scratch a lot and would not eat. Looked a little white.

Then he started eating and was looking great. He is always nice and yellow and has been eating mysis like a pig for about 3 weeks now. Although whenevr I clip on some dried seaweed he won't touch it. But here is my main concern. This fish is looking thinner and thinner. His belly is soooo pinched in yet he eats like a pig, I don't get it??? Anyone help me please

Have you seen any of his poop? What does it look like? Is it white and stringy. I saw your post in another forum. It could be internal parasites. Sometimes fish caught with cyanide show this type of wasting away. The fish eats but loses weight. Quarantine fish and treat for internal parasites. I think the med is called Parazipro.
