You need to examine fish a little more carefully before you put down your money for them!
It is an open sore that may or may not have been caused by a bacterial infection. If it gets bigger instead of smaller you will need to treat your YT with antibiotics. Now that I look more carefully at the picture - that fish is fairly emaciated as well and probably has a few other issues.
