I have this naso been in tank 5 days i dont have a qt so i didint quarantine but i truat my lfs as he have a tank and qt fish before it sell them.

From the bag till home he got this white patches ( i dont think is itch) and i 5 days no other fish have the any same symptom so i dont think it can move to other fish this disease.

Did the fish look like that when he was at the store?
I'd say "stress marks" but they seem a bit too exaggerated to be stress spots

Looks like scratches on the skin.

Stress spots are different, bigger.
