Sigh, dying GBTA

Had it for about a month and a half, first month it was fine. It was always out and about, rarely deflated and never moved I then the ocellaris clowns started hosting in it. (clowns were always present, just not into it)

The nem started moving a lot, deflating more I think they were too agressive.

Now the thing is deflated and sad. I might have to pull it out this weekend.

What could I have done better? I REALLY hate to lose the nem, but I don't think its recoverable.

What are your tank readings? What is your lighting and how often do you feed it? What other fish do you have in your aquarium?

i have some t5 lights, fed 1-2x per week. no other fish, just some crabs.

1.025, 8.0 ph, no nitrates, no nitrites, no ammonia, 470 Ca, phosphate, gotta check, but usually low.

The corals in the tank are happy as can be.

I dunno, maybe I'll try again in a year once my big tank is up.

Your pH is a tad low. I would try to get it up to 8.3 during the day time but that probably is not the cause of your anemones situation. Everything in your aquarium sounds so im stumped as to what is going on.

me too.

I can tell when the pH is too low (or other bad things), I have a xenia that stops/slows pulsing, plus some unidentified coral that is a very good indicator of water quality. I have not seen it look poor in a while. (though I test weekly anyways)
