Silver striped goby?

I picked up this goby two weeks ago, it's been doing great and eating a ton but I can't find out any info on it and I'm not sure if I have the correct name for it? I believe it was called something like a "silver striped tail goby"? Here's an ok photo of it, it has a neon orange stripe and a blue stripe by it's mouth and it's neon yellow above its eyes.

iirc (and I probably don't, been in the car for eleven hours), tail spots are coral munchers.
