simple zoa question

I'm pretty new to all of this so this is probably a basic question for you, but can you intermingle different types of zoa's all on one rock?

How about in pics of your's if you can.

Thanks--Matthew

Yes you can, but why?
The most dominate one will crowd out all the others eventually.
I like to keep mine on separate rocks and let them grow together, giving them room when they need it.

You can certainitly mix zoos together. That being said, I agree with mfinn. You'll more than likely end up with one or the other sooner or later.

This colony is made up of "is it nippy in here" and "halos". They've been battling back and forth for years. At one point, almost all of the nippys were gone. Now almost all the halos are gone (other side of rock is all nippys).

I was just thinking about creating a rainbow of assorted colors? But how you describe it makes sense......Thanks for your input!

Cool Pix Bella. I have two colonies on one rock, but opposite ends. I suppose eventually they'll grow together and we'll see the epic battles for dominance you've described.

I bought this weird little frag off craigslist for $10.... I'm going to be removing and relocating the Xenia soon. The dragon eyes seem to be growing a little faster than the watermelons but I will let them battle it out!
