sinulara problems

My light colored sinulara has been closed for a week and now it has black spots on it. does anyone know what this is ? I just got my kalkwasser reactor on line and my PH went from 8.0 to 8.25 are these touchy about PH or Alk. My neon green sinulara looks great and is finnaly growing.

Might be environmental conditions but just in case look for parasitic nudibranches. They sometimes get inside and eat it from inside out. look for entry holes.
