Skimmer dealers

Hello all,
Who handles higher end Skimmers like Deltec, H&S or Bubbleking? I know online would probably be better, but i like to see the real thing sometimes. Thanks!

Aquarium Concepts in Hayward deals Deltec.

All About Fish in Pleasant Hill used to, but I believe that they lost their franchise resellers "rights" for Deltec (at least that is what the Deltec USA owner implied). But they may be able to order something still.. but to be honest, I wouldn't hold my breathe as they were notoriously slow to special order anything, even after money was exchanged.

We bought our Deltec direct from Doug. The shipping was steep, but it still came out cheaper than having to pay taxes locally for it.

greg65 is a bubble king dealer, he has nothing to do with Deltec, and I doubt with H&S either, just as an FYI. Also bear in mind that he oft times doesn't check his PMs or Email for days at a stretch, so just be patient with him :). He is a great guy to deal with too :D

I *think* that I saw some Deltec stuff at Aquarium Concept. I also believe Bruce (CaptiveReefSystems) sells Deltec stuff. Once again - I am not 100% postive about these two things, but definite check them out.

They are a listed Deltec reseller and I have bought Deltec media from them in the past. So unless they dropped their status as a reseller, I can again definitely say that they sell Deltec. :) The only question is what they have in stock, since alot of the dealers only stock the smaller products and special order the larger units on demand.

P.S. And if they drop their Dealer status, there is at least 1 other store waiting to pick it up (Deltec has a rule about Deltec resellers within a certain distance of each other, I think it is like there can be only 1 per 20 miles radius).

AC has deltec on at least two of their tanks. YOu can actually see two larger deltec skimmers in action. Check out the huge tank that is on the right as you enter the store. Also -the first frag tank on the left also has a deltec skimmer underneath it.

I was trying to avoid listing the details because I don't think Greg likes people to come on here and advertise his business. RC might get mad at him.

Kewl Minh, I didn't know that they had that tank running on a Deltec. I will have to pay more attention the next time I am down there.

Al G Blenny, Gotcha.. I guess since he is not an RC/BAR sponsor (that I know of) they have those rules/guidelines. My bad.

I got mine from KM Associates in SF, they are listed on Deltec USA authroized dealers. They included sales tax within the website price. The only display model they have is a APF600 on their reef tank. I got my H&S from them as well. I'm looking to upgrade my H&S to a BubbleKing instead... anyone know of a good place locally that carries BubbleKing?
