skimmer for pipefish tank

display will be apx 30gal

sump will be apx 15-20gal

i have two choices:

aqua-c remora, rated up to 75G

ASM G-1X, rated up to 150G

so, when keeping pipes, is it better to overskim or have the "recommended" size on the tank, or dont they really care?

well i am no expert but i am running a deltec MCE300 in my 30G pipefish/SPS tank... i want and try to keep it as sterile as possible.... i have tons and tons of pods all over the tank to keep them well fed and i always overfeed, this is only bc the skimmer will take out the remaining food and i can always siphon out the rest since my tank is also BB. I would def keep the over skim concept in mind, i do anyway whether it is the right thing or not, all i can say is it is working for me and i have been keeping my pipes for a little over 2 months and i only notice more eating, and more growth in the pipes.
