Skimmer issues

Right now I have a LifeReef VS2-24 skimmer, everytime I turn off my main pump to feed, and the main pump kicks back on the skimmer starts to overflow. The skimmer has its own separate pump. This hasnt happened before

I have been feeding frozen mysis, with reef chili with selcon

Any ideas?

Try skipping the selcon & see what happens

If it's ran through an apex put it on a 30 minute delay on the skimmer.

I put my skimmer on a delay when I feed like Pife said.

ok, I'll put it on feed mode next time and see if that helps, thanks guys

my skimmer does this when I feed Doc Eco's shake.

I turned of the skimmer when feeding now, and it stopped, but it takes awhile for it get back to normal, but its better than it overflowing
