Hi everyone

I have a problem
My skimmer a H&S150 f2001 is constant overflowing for the last 5 days now.
This is sinds i re-build my tanks aquascape .
a total makeover ,everything was out of the tank (offcours in water with light ,flow, heater) the next day i put everything back in.50% new water 50% old water
After a day or 3 i did the sand in the tank, and the s,.,t hits the fan.
is this the result of no balance of the water or is ther something wrong with the skimmer(no saltcrost in venturi, skimmer is standig in 17CM water, the water outlet is free)

need some advice !!:spin2:

When you did your aquascaping did you use a epoxy or instant glue. Usually when a skimmer overflows like crazy is because there is something added to the water. Did you use a dechlorine agent? All of these chemicals will drive your skimmer nuts.

Bingo! I used speed glue myself once and it took a few days for the skimmer to calm down. I just raised my skimmer for a while till things calmed down.

Hope this helps.
