skimmer selection

I am going to be starting an 80gal fowlr that might turn into a reef tank in a few years. I am looking at the Turboflotor 1000 Multi skimmer from drs. foster and smith. Is this a good skimmer, and has anyone ever had any problems with it. Can you suggest any other skimmers that would be better in the $200-$250 range. I would like it to be an in-sump model, not hang on back.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OCTOPUS NW200 OR AQUAEURO CLASSIC 250 FOR THE PRICE THEY ARE AWESOME!
right now the aquaeuros are having a pump issue, but when that gets fixed they will be great talk to reefnut.com for further details
If you can not wait the nw200 is your best bet

How about the Fission Recirculating skimmer? It is $279. 00 and claims to produce three times the micro bubbles than needle-wheel skimmers. (drsfostersmith.com)

never tried a fission.....seems expensive for what it is
