Skimmer Trouble. Need help

My AquaC Urchin skimmer isn't pulling no skim... Just straight water. I just did a 20% water change 3 days ago and I cleaned the skimmer 2 weeks ago. I literally can fill the skimmer cup to the top in under 5 minutes. I have the cup set all the way to the top and I am not running a filter sock at this time. Any ideas? The only difference is I stopped running a filter sock. With a sock I would pull an olive green skim, without a sock I would get a dark green/black skim so I stopped running one. A few days of good skim and now I pull water... Any help is appreciated. thanks

Just added a Tricolor Pocillipora colony but this started prior to that. Also add a few new members of my CUC a few days prior. (10 Nasarius Snails, 10 Margarite snails, 2 Emerald Crabs). Last thing I had die was a Blue Reef Chromis early in the month. It was doing great, had it for several months and showed no signs of illness or stress. Woke up an found it at the bottom.

About a week. Its the reason I did such a large water change. Nitrates, Nitrites and Phosphates are all at Zero though.

Take the cup off and look inside. There are two pieces of plastic that the base of the cup fits in between. Are they both there?

I had the same problem on my Aqua C Remora and the plastic on the intake side broke loose and fell down into the skimmer. I fished it out and superglued it in place.

Should look like this.

Took the skimmer out. Took it apart and cleaned it. Checked to make sure nothing was broken. Put it back in and still having the same issue. Haven't ran a sock in over a week and I know my water isn't that clear... I may go get a new skimmer and see what's happens. Really don't want to she'll put the money for another though.
