skimmer upgrade???

here my post on rc..but i wanted to know what the nano's people think about this too..i want to upgrade my cpr2/1200mj into an ASM g1, what your ideas good or bad? please let me know what yous guys think thanks..kase

I say if you have the funds, then by all means go for it. I'd go for an asm g1-x though. There's just a teeny tiny difference between the two, but I think the g1-x is better.
You have a 29 gallon tank with metal halides, so i'd get that skimmer, and put a bunch of those colored sticks (sps) in your tank!

what the diff from g1 and g1-x???

err cancel that.. I was thinkng the difference between the g1x and the g2.
There is no asm G1 - its called a g1-x.

The g2 is about an inch bigger in diameter and a few inches taller, which would give the bubbles longer reaction time.
