skirt of zoa colony folding in

hey guys i have a zoa colony that the skirts on them are folded in but i have another colony that doesn't fold in. any ideas? sorry for the bad photos

What are your water parameters?

Any angelfish?

I have found alk swing and bacteria did that to mine. Furan dip to get them open for mine.
