Skunk tile fish

[Brackish guy]

So my tilefish has a sore on his stomach and acting weird. Ive lost one in the past where the bottom of the stomach turned brown. I just noticed his stomach tonight. I think he ate when I fed them and dosed food with garlic

Likely an infection that requires antibiotics but can't be sure without a picture. Better to show a picture.
