Member ran Library lets keep it simple. A list of books out there locally to either loan out / buy / sell / trade?

honor system?
members only?
ran thru the club site?
tranactions in the open incase you need to dog somebody?

please let us know your ideas.

I would definately say through the club site. It could get way too big and out of control otherwise. Must be a member in good standing. Honor system is probably adequate but we may need an enforcer if somebody doesn't play nice.

We could keep a thread on the board saying which books are avaliable and which ones aren't and give it a week for each book so we can get a list who ever gets in line on the thread. the thread would consist of each book's name and author and the name itself will be a link, click on the link and it's another thread giving the check out status. The person it is borrowed from checks it in and out. That way, if it's not checked back in, they can start posting on their book thread BRING IT BACK. It's good too if there is multiple copies of each book, there won't be much of a line. I can see this also with high-end testing equipment,

How about that new Blue's Enforcer we just got. I heard he is young big and can kick some arse. Still debating on the trade--but I like the local bit and the toughness. He would be perfect to enforce over due books and if not Twister is still local.

I can call the local morning shows tomorrow and ask the DJ's if they are interested in calling them for us???

My other books are listed on the other thread-feel free to list them for check out.

I can't wait for tonight. We are playing the Pheonix Yotes and Daniel Carcillo has 244 PIM already this year. I think we will see an Ol school game tonight you bet. Cam Janssen is a nut case.

As far as enforcing the rule we don't need to call Twister till it happens. You just send him a letter calling him a Wuss with a return address of the slacking member. I know someone who did that and they actually hung out at his bar down in Imperial. I don't need to finish the story.

I am SOOOOO looking forward about tonight and that guy is a nut! Did you hear him on 1380? It is nice to have real STL Blue hockey back! I bet it will not go over 4 min before the mittens are thrown. I am very excited about the trade but concerned as well. I am looking forward to the long haul though. Hockey needs to be tough once again-I hate all of the prissy stuff. IMHO
