I'd put the SLASH logo on the cover and somewhere on the bottom half of the calendar's monthly pages and leave the top portion to just the tank shot/s. Blending the logo into the tank shots is a bit confusing.

Maybe put a little saltwater/Slash factoid at the bottom of each months page like a lot of the commercially produced calendars do.

Yep! Exactly like that. I think the logo looks better on the bottom of the page rather than at the top where it competes with the tank shot.

Agreed. Also, a little caption of who's tank it is possibly? Maybee even the scientific or common name of tghe pictures focus. As long as it is the main focus of the shot, and not a overall view

A black boarder seemed to dark. Anything blue seemed to blend to the photo. Yellow and green just did not look right. Orange took away from the photos. Red is what was left. Maybe because the lack of red in aquarium photos seemed to draw me to a red boarder.
