By slime algae do you mean cyano or something else? If its the red cyano you can increase flow to the area it is growing and it should clear it up.
For the aptasia you could try mixing up some kalkwasser paste by using ms.wages pickling lime it can be found in most grocery stores and wally world. You want to mix it up kind of the consistency of like pea soup and inject it in/onto the mouth and oral disc with a syringe I had trouble with my syringe plugging trying to do this. If you want to go with something purchased ready to go I have used aptasia x with good success The package also comes with a syringe and two oversized tips so they are less likely to clog and one has a 45 degree bend to help getting into tight spots you should be able to find it at an lfs if not marine depot is where I got mine.

sound like some sort of cyano.Any pics,water parameters?
