today i noticed green slime coming off my green candy cane coral. i dont know if its sheddingg becase of too much light but i do know that my parms are great and all my other corals are doing fine. p.s the mucus glows.

Glowing mucous would definitely be a home run with the 7th graders I give lectures to. Funny because I gave a mucous lecture about 2 weeks ago. Talked about kids eating their boogers because they contain polysaccharides. . Sweet to the taste. Even better if it glowed

might be expelling zooanthellae from too much light. Its the zooanthellae that produces the glowing pigments in coral tissue
