Slow 240G Kitchen Divider - Bahrain LED mixed Reef

Inshalaa but it seems that Jilani yet3azeez and not sending it. :)
I guess we just have to wait what he comes up with cuz seriously im trying to avoid the breaking part.

Here we go. this is not actually I was talking. just another thing came in mind. Swap the overflow from right side to left side. can possible or not?????

On left side I believe there is no Sq foot beam. you can make hole for plumbing.

Thanks for your thaughts but it wouldnt work. I thaught of that already. If i do that the overflow box will show from the otherside. And cannot adjust it. I could provide a pic later.
If you see image 2, you will understand me more :( :( :( .

I also thaught of something like this (quick sketchup)

why don't you try this plumbing as experiment. may be it works.

bigger over flow box will work, and will able to hold surge as the water creates a siphon when it pushes out the air to go up and over.

See this:

Man..... i wish I am doing mistake or misunderstood.... you are planning to use Deltec AP902 skimmer.... Do you know the dimensions of this big monster. Its quite big thing.

Sump at 36" x 26" x 16" will not able to hold this skimmer. the height is only 38.6"..:uhoh3:... footprint is 19.3 x 19.3". how you will able to fit this skimmer inside the sump? do you have any plan to keep it as external use.

So I started the adventure of aquascaping (man this was tough) - was looking for pillars and open space design and this is what i came up with..... any comments or re-arrangement are totally welcomed.

From inside the kitchen

from outside (worked my best to have the deep look of the tank)

I still feel something is wrong with my aquascape (i know that one could never be satisified)

But what do you think if i re-arrange as following (View from outside)
1. Right pillar switch it with the center one
2. Left pillar switch it with the center one
3. Leave it as it is.

You can set that according to your lights perhaps

I like the arrangement. If I were going to change anything I would try to add some branches off the middle stack. It looks a little too tall and narrow. Was this old rock you had or rock you ordered? I'm about to do the same thing myself for an 84 by 32 by 26 tank. Looking good.

I would chop the top four or five inches off the long, thin, middle piece and stand it in front of its parent.

what you have done is excellent job. I would add more table look and space for more corals and easy placement..

If possible put some egg crate under the rocks. It will not sink inside the sand. This is good you tried to keep less foot area. Once sand on it's place. Less detritus built up area. more water circulation under the rocks.....

Thanks guys for your input. If i chop the center peice then it would look like a typical standard tank. What i had in mind is to grow some branches of acropora's all around it.
Or do the shelves look like the below.
In time...it will have some nice hidding places around it also the fish.

What you think?

This was old rock from my previous tank....(used D&D reef epoxy to make the pillars)

Man...why you spend to much on D&D.. EpoPutty is quite cheap and works excellent. I used to make rock work on my previous tank. even changchai used in his magnificent tank, the same epoxy.
