SLS Bluewave VII vs. PFO dual hqi ballast? which one do you prefer for your MH?

I was just wondering what everyones take is on each ballast?? any comparisons? which one is better do you think??... lmk and pics would be nice.. I run the SLS BW VII but I have heard that the PFO was a lot better.
