coming home from work tonight. I saw a small abalone grazing on algae and cruising pretty fast on the front glass of my tank. heres a few pics I took.

Abalone.....I remember them well...my first dive was at Point Arena California in 1970.....where there used to be many of them, plate size. Was no laws back them, get an old leaf spring from a car, pop them off the rock, and was a real yummy treat....
but what you have there looks like one, but is a limpet, I have not tried them out for dinner yet<G>
