Small Crosshatch

I by no means have the aquarium to house such fish, but I have noticed such rave about the rarity of smaller crosshatch triggers on this forum. They are a beautiful fish, and for anyone interested (maybe I'm late) there is a 4 1/4 inch male crosshatch for sale on Nyaquatics.. someone get this guy!
 
One day when I graduate college maybe I can join the club... one day. But until then I shall just drool
 
I am sure it is a matter of one maybe two weeks before he gets a new female to pair with his new addition. He has an addiction that luckily he has the right connections to help him with. Most people want a fish and have to wait several months if not years to find but somehow Ted gets them instantly

here is a pic I posted earlier...he hates the flash...has fattened up nicely...
got him a 4 inch female about 3 weeks ago...
did you get the nya pair?

by total coincidence...when I was getting my 3 inch bandit from Hawaii, Rufus told me had a small female ch but I passed on it...
lol, although when I went to the airport to pick up the bandit, surprise! there was a 4 inch female crosshatch in the box too! it was quite the surprise and one that I greatly appreciated....
interestingly enough, even at this small size, I feel the presence of the female has allowed the male to start developing some really beautiful coloration....
 
I found a local guy that can get them from wholesaler I have not seen the ones at NYA but I will go look!

Nice fish! Wow and you got a female for free! That was very nice of them to send you the female! Do you have a pic of her? Do you have them in the same QT tank?

no, not for free, would never accept a free fish...yes, the ch are together...will get a pic of her at some point...
 
My CH pair is doing great! How is yours doing HUMAGUY ?
I got a 2 inch black tang from a guy who got it from NYA will be here tomorrow! There is a retailer called nicewrasse he has nice fish also! He sold a 1 inch bandit on R2R for $1,500 couple days ago before he even got the fish in!

my female went male so I now have 2 males :uhoh3:

Will post pics tomorrow when I get black tang in and settled! My CH both eat like bass hitting the top of water! When they see me they come straight to top and ready to eat!
