Small group of clown gobies ok to keep

Wondering is it alright to keep 5hree or four clown gobies together in a nano tank.

27 lots of caves and hiding spots.

If they are different species 3 is o.k. If they are the same species either 2 or 4 ...that way they can pair off. There will be some brawl and perhaps some nipping until they do pair off....If you have 3 of the same one will be discarded.
Though I've never paired off green clown gobies in the 3 attempts in 16 years ...so far. But have gotten Okinawae, citrinus and ceramensis to pair and mate ( in a bigger tank).
