small powder blue in 70 cube?

I have a 70g cube full reef with limited rock.... can i add a small powder blue tang? flow is 2x ecotech votech 10 and mag 5 return

I have a "rescue" Powder Blue that started out in a 57 gal. Less than a year later I found myself having to upgrade to a 150 gal for her. And I know the 150 still isn't really big enough, because she spends most of her day just pacing back & forth.

Powder blue loves to swim. Unless one has a long tank, he/she shouldn't get one.
