Grows fast, will take over if you don't control it. Think bamboo of the reef world!

Sorry I gave the wrong impression John...I'm glad mine has melted, don't have enough space for something that grows like that...

If it gets to the point where you are going to throw it out I'll take it. If someone else expresses interest give it to them first.
I'm going to see if it will live in my sump which is only a little better then the garbage can.

Well it was headed there (GC) and I thought someone else might like it.

How about I offer it to anyone who wants to keep it in the DT and you can have it if there are no takers?

I expect to have more as it does grow like a weed. I tossed 8-10 heads because they weren't attached to anything. I don't think I could glue it down - like gluing snot. Sorry for that mental pic but, well, it most closely resembles snot.

The colony I cut it from is now almost as large as when I cut it in half. Scary stuff!
