Small red anemones good or bad?

Ask the guy you got the rock from if he ever had an RBTA on or near that rock. If he removed the RBTA from that rock it would not be unusual for little bits of the foot to be left behind and develop into tiny little BTAs. That still wouldn't mean they are BTAs, but at least it would make it a reasonable hypothesis.

If he never had a RBTA in the tank, they are likely a pest anemone.
 
Yep, the classic red lighting RBTA we see locally. Just yours are from a spawn which many have never seen so assume majanos. Nice score indeed.

I looked through the origional post from the guy I recieved the star polyps from and saw this pic in the thread. So it looks like there is a chance it is RBTA
