Small Red Eggs??

Last night when I was cleaning out my sump filter socks I noticed these small red dots... I am not sure what they are.. They look like little eggs... anyone ever run into this?

What's in your tank? Corals, rock, fish? If corals, are any looking unhealthy?

I have about 75 gal tank
100+ of live rock
Fish: 6-line wrasse, bangaii cardinal, (2) clown fish (one ocellaria, one percullia), lawnmower blenny, watchman goby, Damsels
carpet aneme
Coral: birdsnest, duncan, frogspawn, hairy mushroom, hammer coral, kenyen tree, orange monti, polps, pulsing xenia, purple tree gorgonia, candy cane, pink flat brain

i have had them in my sock before too, when i do find them theres only a few, idk what they are

Do you feed pellet food or cyclopese? Could have gotten pulled in the overflow and caught by the sock.
