Small tank Octo

What is the smallest tank that you can house an Octo in? And which would be the best choice for small tank living?

For a dwarf octo like joubini, mercatoris or bocki sp. go for a 10 gal minimum and good filtration/skimmer.. but bigger is always better; dont think minimum
