Small tank w/ cleaner shrimp question

Hello. I have a large aquarium at home and was thinking about putting a very small (5 gallon) aquarium in my office. I was thinking about only putting a cleaner shrimp, maybe a snail and a coral or two in the aquarium. Would a 5 gallon aquarium be adequate for a cleaner shrimp? Also, how much and how often would you feed the tank?
