Small ventral fin on ocellaris clownfish

I have a juvenile ocellaris clownfish in quarantine. He has one ventral fin significantly smaller than the other. Will it eventually grow to the same size as the other one?

One of the hallmark of deformities of TR clownfish is small ventral fins. I think your fish is a tank raise and the small ventral fins is permanent. Sorry

He was tank raised and I don't mind. I was just curious if it would catch up and be the same size as he grows.
