small white critters. Should I worry?

I just saw some small white bugs on one of my zoa rocks. They almost look like daphnia. They're around the base of the polyps. Is this some sort of pest that I need to remove or just some type of pods? They move pretty fast. They remind me of fleas.

Probably just some sort of pod... But pics always help...

If they're shrimp like and move very fast they're probably smaller amphipods, if they are a bit slower and more oval they're probably copepods. I've found copepods to be harmless for your tank, but amphipods can totally be a different story. Check this post out:
