Small white worms on glass?

Hi everyone, another ID question...

I found a bunch of small white worms on the glass of my tank. They slither around pretty quickly and range in size from 0.5 - 1 cm in length. Picture attached of one. It's a little blurry but it's the best I could do. Could they be bristle worms? Are they good or bad?

Sorry, I don't know of any 'white' worms, and your pic is completely useless. Try and get a better pic. Maybe collect a worm and put it in a bowl so you can get a good pic.

I have tons of those too they don't seem to bother anything.

It looks like a baby Bristle worm.
