wat Are all the smaller morays besides,jewel moray,chain moray,zebra moray,snowflake eel,golden moray,black edge moray,white eyed moray,and yellowhead eel?

Chestnut moray, if you can find one. G. miliaris stay relatively small. I've seen zebras over 4 ft, what do you consider "smaller morays"

anything 36-38 inches or around 24 inches
What tankmates and tank size do you want? Morays don't need too much room but even a small moray can take out moderately sized fish.
Whitemouth morays don't get all that big. Be careful when looking at "yellowhead" morays as well as you could be getting one of 3, maybe 4 species and they all don't stay the same size.

Well if you consider "small" to be anything <40", you can pretty much get a small/medium sized specimen of any of the commonly sold eels and you should be fine.
