Well, to make it easier on Roy so we’re not having to stand over a grill all night, I’m going to bring my small smoker we use for overnight cooks and small cooks. Not to mention the fact he’s holding my rock and has opened his house up to everyone to help me get rid of the rock.
Probably just going to do some pulled pork but if you have any requests, let me know. I have some other apps that I’ll probably make and pasta salad on the side. I would like to try to find a head count so I know approx. how much food to get.

We could even do some other stuff like stuffed cheese steak sandwiches. Mmmm…
Things like ribs on it suck to do because of the diameter. However pulled pork makes things much easier on me.

I have a suggestion. Make some of those bacon-jalapeño-paprika things you were telling me about. The way you described them sounds deliciouso!

I'll pick up some chicken BK...I can't remember if roys grill is charcoal or gas but either way if I smoke them, I'll need to have them on earlier. With smoking chicken the problem is when cooking at 225* the skin gets VERY RUBBERY and I usually finish it the last hour at a higher heat or finish it on a grill. What type of chicken do you like? No quarters...If you are wanting something like breast, we're going to have to grill it as it's too lean to smoke. I could maybe do a whole chicken and then people have the choice of breast meat, etc...although finishing a whole chicken is hard unless I can use roys oven for about 1/2 hour...Roy- Chime in here. Might be easier to do a full chicken and people can eat the part they want.

Any special seasoning you prefer or do you trust me? I'll be prepping tonight.

I have a suggestion... how about a five pound box of mozzarella sticks :D

whole chicken probably be good I'd eat something off it I'm sure.

Or would you guys prefer smoked hamburgers rather than chicken? Just let me know.

Yes I'll be there. I have not decided if I'll be bringing that broad with me or not.

I can chip in a big bag of chicken legs, or a pork tenderloin if your looking for more food... Soda, Beer, whatever. Just let me know what to bring.

I would just plan on bringing whatever you're drinking. I'm bringing beer.

Hey mike. when I do pork loins I use the rib end. Spiral cut them, stuff them with spinach, mushrooms, cheddar, pine nuts and tie it up with butchers twine, rub, wrap in bacon (because it's so lean) Take to 162* internal. Freakin' good

That looks friggin fantastic!

I like to use the same cut of pork tube, spiraled, with brown sugar coated Fiji apples wrapped in twine, repeatedly dowsing it with some special "**** sauce" while it cooks.

We'll trade some recipe's tomorrow. I'm so hungry now I think I need to take a nap.
 
I think you just like posting pics of that smoker. I'll be by, not sure on hanging out too long though, now I am hungry, its past my lunch time.
