Hello I am a newly registered member however I am not new to this forum, I have done a lot of reading and looking on it and I'm amazed with what some people have done. I have kept a saltepwater tank for about 5 years now and I've had my newest tank, a 300 gallon set up and running for around 6 months now, I am using a 55 gallon tank as a sump and I have a hydor remora 1000 on it, I also have a 1 hp chiller on it as well as an emporer uv sterilizer. My tank is pretty stocked with fish and I have removed some of the live rock to make more swimming room for the smoothhound. I found a female for sale and she is 8-10in. I know he females get bigger than the males, but I was wondering if I could keep it for some time and then when it gets bigger I can take it out. I know someone with a 2500 gallon tank that would probbly take it. I'm just wondering what your guys opinoin is on it. Thank u any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
