They share similarities with Chameleon People Charmers, Aspen, and Green Stardust PE's. Since lighting plays such a big role in coloration and there are so many morphs of those three zoas, it si difficult to say for sure, but they loo most like one of the pics of the Green Stardust PE from the zoaid gallery. I have GSPE's in several different morphs (including the Desert Foxes, which aren't on zoaid), but none of mine have as much whitish color surrounding the speckles and mouth.

I got a piece of the first ones from him too...the young ones that are just coming up don't have the white and just look like RPE's.

I noticed that too casey. Some come up mottled, some half/half, etc. She has several polyps set aside for ya gary. What's up tomorrow?

Nothing but football. Give me a call. I'll be setting up the sump on the QT and doing a water change, but that should be about it...

The fact that they the new growth is not the same and looks kinda like a brown PE with a slight pinkish hue, I'd say these are definitely the GSPE's. I've got several from different people and some just get the green centers with white/pink rings inside the slirts, while others go on to develop the speckles and smears (taking them to Desert Fox, which is very similar to Aspen). These have apparently gone past the Desert Fo stage to that. I like 'that'. It is likely all a lightingthing. Steve had them under T5's. I've been able to get the Desert Fox morph from MH, but not on all of the GSPE's I have. I've seen some really color up under PC's, surprisingly. Do any of you with this morph have them under PC's (and still notice a shift to a brownish PE on the new growth)?

This guy had a zoanthis collection to make your mouth water! I was the 2nd one there to pick stuff out :).

Great!!! Did you get a frag of that first one??? I know I have something you'd want to trade for... ;)

Why yes I did get a frag of it :) And a little dab off everything else he had! I basically took his razor and carved off a few of everything he had  He was nice enouph to let me! Pm me with whay you have and maybe we can hook up in my Nov. or Dec. trip to East TN.

Well, I've got a new thread of what I have in my aquapod going in the Zoa forum... You've seen my 75 thread... LMK what you're interested in, this way I can frag them and have them going by the time you're ready to pick them up... ;) Besides you need to come by and see the tanks...

I have about 10 polyps of them. I will try to post you a pic whenever I get my lazy but going with the cam. I could spare about a 5 polyp frag I am sure. There is a eaasy breaking point on them. I need to snap some pics of all I have to maybe do some more trades while we are at it. My camera just doesn't do the zoas justice though.

I haven't had them long enough to tell, but J's are under dual 12k odyssea 55 watter's in an all glass 20 high, about 7" from the surface. No actinic at all.
Remember the "mint oreo's"? He had a small piece of those as well. Almost identical. I searched all over for those damn zoa's after our deal.

BTW....did anyone get his smaller prized colony? They were almost all the way retracted when i was there, but you could tell the colors were almost electric. Extremely bright even retracted. I'd love to see a pic of those open if someone got them.

What prized colony are you talking about? The smallish frag atached to the whole rock he was wanting to sell? He kept talking about this zoa as his favorite? He called them "solaris" I think and I got a few polyps off the side. They were very electric under actinics. Good thing is he said they grew very fast so hopefully I will have some to share soon. Ussually the nice ones grow so slow so I am excited to watch this one grow out.
