Snail ID

I have hundreds of these tiny snails; they are about the size of the tip of a ball point pen. They come out once the lights go out. Anyone know what they are and if they are good or bad?

They look like little Turbo sp.

Although they do look a lot like small turbos, I have a breading pair and the babies barely resemble the adults. At least not until they become fairly large.
