What exactly will eat all of the snail poo that they left around after cleaning my newly cycled tank? I mean, I can vacuum it out, but is there a creature that would benefit from it? And it has to be reef safe because the tank is a frag tank. Also, now that all of the algae is gone, how do I keep my snails and urchin alive while I am getting other stuff to stock the tank?

snail poo will be consumed by bacteria,but I donno if somebody can consume it directly.... if it's too much maybe it's better to vaccum it 
If your snail and urchins cannot find food you can offer them some Nori and other dried algae
