Snail removal

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of snails. I have an infestation of them. a bunch of tiny snails. They come out all over the rocks at night

I would just turn the lights off early, give the tank an hour or so of darkness, switch them back on and grab what you can. Do this repeatedly over a week or so and you should be able to get ahold of the population. Trade them in at the LFS perhaps.
