Snails and Zoa Corals

Hello, I was just wondering if Mexican Turbo snails can harm Zoanthids. I look at my tank today and I got worried because I saw my zoas closed and then I saw that one of my snails was on top of them, I instantly thought he was eating them so I was about to pull him off but decided if I did he might bring up a zoa or two so I decided just to watch


Question: Can a Mexican Turbo snail harm zoa corals.

Mine crawl over them and clean right up to them all the time with no problems.

They will close up while the snail is climbing on them, but should reopen shortly after the snail crawls away, no harm done.
