Snails dying

I measure the SG in the tank, and then in the bag, and target moving the SG perhaps 0.0005 units every 15-20 minutes. A drip can do that, but some measuring along the way helps a lot.

I try to keep the temperature up. Some animals are affected by cold temperatures. Floating the bag in the tank works for me.

Turbo spp. are good grazers and pretty hardy. However, the Mexican type often live better in cooler water.

How do you all aclimate? I put the .... in a tupperware bowl with origional water and then add 25% of mine over about an hour. I've heard of the "drip" method and there are kits out there....any suggestion?

Thanks!
I've found the best way to acclimate snails is to attach them above the water line and let them enter at their own pace. If there's not much room above the water line, turn off your return pump for a while, till they enter.

All your levels look good.
I would suggest that they maybe they're just starving.
Do you supplement feed them any algae like Nori?

..and I would highly suggest removing your sand shifting star. You need a big tank to feed those guys.

Snails are pretty easy to add. I would say you added the CUC without enough to cleanup. You need to add stock in balance.A few CUC then wait a week or two add a fish or coral wait add more CUC and a fish or coral wait add a ect..
