I seems that every day I notice a couple snails on their shell, unable to move. After a day I fish them out and set them right side up.
Should I worry about them?

Use Turbo snails they can right themselves when they fall over.Yes they will die if you don't set them back upright

Sounds like you have some asteas. Turn them over or put them near the glass. They can starve if left upside down. 
Trochus snails are also excellent snails. They're pretty similar to astraeas (similar size, shape, and I believe diet), but they can flip themselves back over. . .usually. On the other hand, astraeas are relatively cheap.

I must have 30 asteas' in my 65g and every once in a while they will flip on their shell. I just flip them and that's it. They asteas' are some of the best LR and tank cleaners. They are not good on the sand bed. Here I use some red tipped hermits and 10 nassarius snails as well as a few conch's. You need a good mix in my opinion.
